Once you have familiarised yourself with the pricing structure on the 'pricing' page of this website and have decided to book your photoshoot. A £99 session fee is to be paid by bank transfer to secure your selected session. Session fees are transferable but non-refundable.


If you or anyone in your household shows any symptoms of illness prior to the session please do not attend the studio and we can rearrange your session. 


If you need to reschedule your session, please give the photographer as much notice as possible. Multiple sessions will incur extra costs.

Feel free to bring your own refreshments to longer sessions. Unfortunately there are no studio toilet facilities but our house toilet is always available for emergencies. 

Consent, from a person of parental responsibility, must be given for minors to take part in photoshoots.

Any injuries or illnesses resulting from photoshoots are not the liability of the photographer.

Clients must agree to not take their own photos on camera, phone or other recording equipment during sessions unless permission is given by the photographer.

It is important that clients understand that the photographer will make every effort to produce images to their desired specification, but this cannot be guaranteed due to environmental changes, client cooperation etc (see Blog post 'Baby Led Photography') for more information.


All images are edited to the photographer's artistic style and discretion. Any extra editing or changes can be discussed with the photographer but may invoke extra costs.

Clients must understand that malfunctions in technology and equipment are a possibility and if so, the photographer will make arrangements to reschedule the session.


A link and password to your proof gallery will usually be sent to you within 1 week and your gallery will remain live for 1 further week whilst you decide on your package and images (reopening galleries after this time will invoke a £20 admin fee).
